Question 1

Who can register a workshop?

Accepted Answer

A workshop representative can create an account and submit business details for review. Workshop access requires approval.

Question 2

What can the workshop manage day to day?

Accepted Answer

It can manage job cards, vehicle stages, photos, customer estimates, approvals, and customer tracking in the same workspace.

Question 3

Must every part be purchased through Gita3?

Accepted Answer

No. Workshop management is independent, and managed sourcing through Gita3 is used only when needed.

Question 4

What details does a parts request need?

Accepted Answer

Provide vehicle, part, quantity, and any reference, image, or note that helps identify the need. Missing data is not guessed.

Question 5

Does Gita3 reveal the supplier?

Accepted Answer

No. Gita3 manages supplier sourcing and communication, then presents a Gita3 commercial option without supplier identity, cost, or raw quote data.

Question 6

How are options presented?

Accepted Answer

Published options show clear commercial information for the workshop’s decision, including approved price, validity, and available supply details.

Question 7

Are availability or delivery dates guaranteed?

Accepted Answer

No. Options reflect confirmed truth when prepared, but supply conditions can change before procurement. Any change is handled through the order state.

Question 8

How does payment work?

Accepted Answer

When the team records an actionable commitment, the workshop sees the exact amount, method, and safe instruction. The workshop does not confirm payment itself.

Question 9

When does procurement begin?

Accepted Answer

Option selection alone does not start procurement. Procurement begins after commercial commitment confirmation and authorization for the order.

Question 10

How do I follow delivery?

Accepted Answer

The workshop sees neutral progress from preparation through readiness, transit, delivery, and completion—without private supplier details.

Question 11

What if payment or availability changes?

Accepted Answer

Failed or cancelled payment instructions do not remain active. The team resolves the state and only a valid current instruction is shown.

Question 12

How is workshop data handled?

Accepted Answer

Data is used to operate the account, requests, sourcing, and support. Private supplier and internal sourcing details are not exposed to the workshop.

Question 13

Does registration mean automatic approval?

Accepted Answer

No. Registration creates an account, then workshop details are submitted for review. Workshop access opens after approval.
