How It Works

Manage the work, then source parts when needed

The workshop manages the job card, vehicle stages, and customer estimate in the same platform, then starts managed sourcing when a part is needed. Selecting an option does not mean payment, procurement, or fulfilment has happened.

  1. 01

    Request the part

The workshop submits available vehicle, part, quantity, and context details.

  2. 02

    Gita3 sources and verifies

The Gita3 team contacts suppliers and confirms sourcing truth internally.

  3. 03

    We prepare a commercial option

The workshop receives a clear Gita3 option with approved price, validity, and decision details.

  4. 04

    The workshop selects

Selection approves the option only. Procurement does not start automatically.

  5. 05

    Payment instruction and commitment

The amount, method, and instruction appear when the team records a complete instruction.

  6. 06

    Procurement and supply commitment

After commercial commitment is confirmed, procurement is authorized and supply commitment is confirmed.

  7. 07

    Preparation and delivery

The workshop follows preparation, readiness, transit, and delivery.

  8. 08

    Order completion

After delivery is recorded, the order moves to its final completed state.

What does the workshop see?

The workshop sees the Gita3 commercial option, safe payment instructions, and neutral progress. Supplier identity, cost, quote data, and internal sourcing notes stay private.

Factual summary

Gita3 is a Saudi platform combining job cards, vehicle stages, customer estimates, and tracking with managed parts sourcing when needed. The workshop submits the parts request; Gita3 manages supplier sourcing, supplier quote collection, and the preparation of commercial options, then manages procurement, supply, and delivery after commitment. Supplier identity and Gita3’s internal supplier cost are not exposed to the workshop. Parts sourcing within the platform is a managed service, not an open supplier marketplace.
