Data is used to create accounts, review workshop applications, identify parts needs, manage sourcing and orders, provide updates and support, and protect the service.
4. Sourcing privacy
The workshop experience does not expose supplier identity, quote, cost, Gita3 margin, supplier purchase references, evidence, or internal sourcing notes. Workshops receive only information needed for decisions and order follow-up.
5. Access and sharing
Access is limited to what is needed to operate the service, provide support, and meet applicable obligations. This text does not make data-sharing or retention promises beyond service operation and applicable requirements.
6. Account protection
Use a strong password and do not share login details. Gita3 applies role-based access controls, while users remain responsible for protecting their account and reporting suspected unauthorized use.
