Terms and Conditions
These terms govern the use of a Gita3 account and the managed parts-sourcing service.
Revision date: 22 September 2026
1. Nature of the service
Gita3 enables approved workshops to submit parts needs and manages sourcing, commercial option preparation, and supply follow-up. The service is not an open marketplace or public supplier directory, and workshops do not receive direct access to supplier information.
2. Accounts and approval
Information must be accurate and login credentials kept secure. Creating an account does not automatically approve a workshop; workshop information is reviewed before workshop access is enabled.
3. Requests and options
A parts request describes a workshop need and does not guarantee availability or price. A published Gita3 commercial option is valid according to its stated information and validity period. Selecting an option approves it; selection alone is not payment, procurement, or fulfilment.
4. Commitment and procurement
Payment or commitment instructions appear when completely recorded. Supplier procurement begins after commercial commitment confirmation and the required authorization for the order. The workshop does not confirm financial settlement itself within the service.
5. Supply and delivery
Gita3 shows order progress from recorded operational information. Availability or supply conditions may change before procurement, and estimates are not delivery or availability guarantees unless expressly stated in the approved option.
6. Acceptable use
The service must not be misused to submit misleading information, seek unauthorized supplier or internal operational data, or use an account contrary to applicable law.
7. Privacy
Data is handled according to the Privacy Policy. Supplier identities, costs, quotes, and internal sourcing notes remain unavailable to workshops.
8. Changes and contact
These terms may be updated as the service or regulatory requirements evolve. Use the official channel on the Contact page for enquiries.
